No. FileMyRTI is a private drafting and filing assistance service. You can also apply directly to the relevant public authority through its available RTI process.
Can you make the department resolve my problem?
No. An RTI seeks existing information. It does not itself order a refund, approval or action on a complaint. Disclosure can also be subject to exemptions.
Do I need to write the legal questions myself?

Are appeals included in the filing price?
