Will you take control of my computer?

No. By default you share your screen and we guide you by voice. We never ask for your password or OTP, and we never handle the payment step - you enter your own details. Remote control is used only if you explicitly ask for it, and never on login or payment screens.

What if the RTI cannot be filed online?

Some departments are not listed on portals, some portals face OTP or payment failures, and some states do not support online filing for certain offices. If portal filing is not possible in your session, we identify the correct alternate route, and your session fee is adjusted toward FileMyRTI's regular drafting and filing service.

What should I keep ready before the call?

Your mobile phone (for OTPs), a UPI app or card for the Rs. 10 government fee, the details of what you want to ask, and any reference numbers related to your matter.

What if I miss my slot?

One free reschedule is included. Slots are confirmed only after payment.

How it works

2. Keep things ready

Your mobile (for OTPs), UPI/card for the Rs. 10 government fee, and what you want to ask. We send a simple checklist.

3. File together

On the call we identify the correct portal and department, and guide every field until you press Submit.

4. If the portal cannot be used

Department not listed, OTP or payment failing, office not supported online - we identify the correct alternate route, and your Rs. 499 is adjusted toward our regular drafting & filing service (from Rs. 399).

Our promise, honestly stated

We help you complete the filing if the portal supports it. Government portals sometimes fail - departments missing, OTP not arriving, payment gateways down. When that happens, the session is still not wasted: we find the correct route (another portal, or offline by post) and your fee is adjusted toward that filing. Under Section 7(1) of the RTI Act, the PIO is ordinarily required to respond within 30 days of a valid filing.

If the portal is down during your session: free reschedule, or convert to our regular filing service with the fee adjusted.
Calls are not recorded unless you ask us to.
