2. The reasons for the delay, if it is pending beyond the timeline notified in the Citizen Charter.
3. The name and designation of the official responsible for processing it.
4. The date by which the certificate will be issued.
5. Copies of any objection or query raised on the application.

  • File at your local revenue office (Tahsildar/SDM) where you applied.
