Replace every ________ and [bracketed] field with your own details before sending. The Rs. 10 fee is for Central public authorities; some States charge a different amount — check the Fee Calculator.
How to use it
- Fill in the FIR number, date and police station exactly as on your FIR copy.
- Address it to the SP/Commissioner office of the district, not the local station, for a fuller reply.
- Asking for "action taken till date" is record-based and hard for the PIO to evade.
