Seva Sindhu application stuck? Do this next

Still stuck? Put it on record with an RTI
If the application remains pending, identify the public authority responsible for the service from its service details or status information; an RTI to that authority's SPIO can request the records it holds - the status, the officer it is pending with, and the recorded reasons.
- The present status of the application bearing Application Reference Number [YOUR ARN], and the officer or department it is currently pending with.
- The prescribed timeline applicable to this service, if any, and any recorded due date for its disposal.
- If the application was rejected or returned, a copy of the noting with the reasons recorded.
- The action taken on any complaint raised about this application through the helpdesk, as per the record.
Under Section 7(1) of the RTI Act, the PIO is ordinarily required to respond within 30 days.
If the RTI reply does not arrive or is unsatisfactory, a First Appeal lies with the First Appellate Authority of the same public authority within 30 days.
We identify the likely record-holding public authority and frame the record-trail questions around your registration number.
