About Adv. Shukla

Adv. Ashissh J Shukla is an Advocate & Solicitor practising across India and the United Kingdom, with matters before the High Court and the Supreme Court, alongside cross-border work. An engineer by first training (B.E. Mechanical) with postgraduate qualifications in law and management from the UK (M.A. Law, MBA), he brings a structured, documents-first approach to litigation — the same approach that makes RTI-obtained records so effective in court.
