What if you tell me RTI won't help my case?

That's exactly why the call is worth ₹249 — you avoid wasting a filing fee and months of waiting on the wrong tool. The lawyer will point you to the right route (consumer forum, grievance portal, legal notice, etc.).

Do I call you, or do you call me?

We call you. Pick a date and time window when you book, keep your phone reachable, and our lawyer calls you. If we miss you, we try once more and offer a free reschedule.

How is the ₹249 adjusted if I file?

If you decide to file your RTI with FileMyRTI within 15 days of the call, we deduct ₹249 from the filing fee. So on our ₹599 plan you'd pay only ₹350 more — the call effectively becomes free.

Is the consult fee refundable?

The ₹249 reserves an experienced lawyer's time, so it isn't refundable once the call happens (or on a no-show after two attempts). But it's credited toward filing if you proceed — and you always leave the call with clear, usable advice.
